Gift Aid enables Celf Cambria Arts to increase its donations and subscriptions by 28%, which is an enormous boost to a voluntary organisation, and helps us continue to build on the work that we have done over the past years. All information submitted on this form is treated as strictly confidential.

I wish all subscriptions/donations paid from now until further notice, to be treated as Gift Aid. I understand that I have to pay Income or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax reclaimed (28% of the donation) by the association.
